AOSA Tetrazolium Testing Handbook update procedures:

The new AOSA Tetrazolium Testing Handbook has been available for over a year.  While it has taken many years to develop this edition, the handbook is by no means complete.   The notebook style and ample space on the procedures pages were designed so that analysts could easily make notations, corrections, and additions.

The TZ subcommittee has already begun the revision process and we welcome comments and proposals for changes.
Click here for currently available updates.

To streamline the revision process, the TZ subcommittee has developed procedures to be followed if you would like to see changes (simple or complex) made in the Tetrazolium Testing Handbook.   Please use and consult the following documents:

1.  Revision procedure flow chart
2.  Information questionnaire to accompany complex changes.
3.  Blank procedure template

The  Tetrazolium Testing Handbook Review Group will review the changes.  This group is Annette Miller, Stan Akagi, Marian Stephenson, and Jane Hall.    The Lab Reference pages in the handbook have contact information.

To make changes,  first collaborate with the reference labs listed in the handbook for that procedure.  For additions, submit template and questionnaire material to the review group.  See the revision procedure flow chart for more information.
