The Seed Analysts of the Midwest (SAM) are excited to be hosting the 2008 AOSA/SCST Annual Meeting to be held in St. Paul, MN in June 5-12 of 2008. We are looking forward to another fantastic meeting this year and wanted to invite you to take advantage of this great opportunity for you and your company. We are looking for exhibitors.

Why should you exhibit at our meeting?

• Interact with your valued customers

• Build relationships with new customers

• We’ll be serving snacks in the exhibitor’s area during the breaks. You’ll be able to visit with the attendees at that time and through out the meetings.

• To help support our organization

We will provide a 6 foot skirted table for you. A list of exhibitors will be posted on our website and distributed to all the attendees in the meeting program. We expect over 300 attendees this year!

Shipping materials to the hotel:  Materials can be shipped directly to the hotel.  You should include your name and arrival date.  Materials should arrive no more than two days before your anticipated arrival.  There is a $5 per package and $60 per pallet fee.
